Foreclosure notices in Texas are public records. That's how we found your address. We are not your lender, a collection agency, or the government.
We reach out because most families never hear about their options until it's too late. If you're already handled, no problem. If not, one call can show you where you stand.
Your Options
Every situation is different. Here are the paths we'll walk through with you.
We move fast to help halt a scheduled foreclosure auction.
Explore catching up, reinstatement, or a lender workout.
Sell as-is, keep your equity, and walk away on your terms.
Avoiding a completed foreclosure can save years of damage.
We'll tell you straight when an attorney is the right move.
If you sell, we help plan the move and the timing.
How It Works
A free, private conversation about where things stand.
We look at your dates and numbers and lay out every path.
Keep the home, sell it, or get the right help. Your decision.
The Honest Part
Talking to us is free, and you never owe us a dime for advice.
We're real estate investors. If selling turns out to be your best option and you choose to sell to us, that's how we make money. If keeping your home is the better path, we'll tell you, and help you get there anyway.
Who We Are
Big Dane Properties is a family-owned company that helps Houston homeowners facing foreclosure. We've seen how fast a notice turns into a sale date, and how few people explain what you can actually do about it.
So we sit down with you, look at the numbers, and lay out every option. No pressure, no jargon, no surprises. You make the call.
“My family went through a foreclosure in 2008, and it affected us greatly. I wish someone had shown my parents their options to save our house, instead of losing it at auction and losing our family's financial future with it.”— Phillip, Big Dane Properties
Straight Answers
Yes. The call, the review of your situation, and the options are free. We only earn money if you decide to sell your home to us.
In Texas, lenders generally must send a notice of default with at least 20 days to catch up, then post a notice of sale at least 21 days before the auction. Sales happen on the first Tuesday of the month. Every situation is different, so call and we'll look at your dates.
Often, yes. Depending on your situation, catching up on missed payments, a repayment plan, or a loan modification may be possible. We'll help you understand which paths are realistic.
Sometimes. If bankruptcy or a legal defense makes sense for you, we'll tell you plainly and point you toward an attorney. We don't give legal advice.
Call us right now at 832-579-0841. Options shrink as the date gets closer, but a short timeline doesn't always mean no options.
Foreclosure notices are public record in Texas. We use them to reach families who may not know their options yet. We are not affiliated with your lender.
